Responsibilities -- Repair and service of BMW automobiles. Must maintain a clean work area, provide pre work inspections to locate additional service/repair opportunities, consultation with customers on an as needed basis, job labor hour estimations, test drive automobiles both before and after servicing, attend all company meetings, assist in mentoring and service improvement programs. |

Qualifications |

|
Qualifications -- Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years automobile service and repair expertise with a minimum of 5 years of BMW specific expertise. Candidates will have a ASE certification and/or service certifications from BMW on all major systems including power train, engine electronics, climate control systems, and interior group. Not all certifications are mandatory however, Buckhead Motor Works and the hiring manager reserves the right to determine what candidates have the best balance of certifications and expertise to fill any technician position. The ability to utilize Windows based personal computers as well as common engine diagnostic machines is a requirement as well as the ability to work in teams and to assist other technicians in mentoring programs. |
