Service Overview
First and foremost, Buckhead Motor Works is a premier service facility for the BMW automobile.
We provide practically any and every service necessary to assist our customers in the proper maintenance and repair of their BMW automobile. We prefer to work by appointment however, walk-ins are welcome subject to the availability of technicians and prior scheduled work. Pick up and drop off of automobiles is typically during our normal business hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. We provide an 'early bird' drop off service for our customers needing to drop cars for service outside our normal business hours. If you are unable to arrange alternative transportation we will be glad to make rental car reservations on your behalf. If you are on a tight schedule, some services are available 'while you wait' however, we can not guarantee exactly how long any repair will take or when the work will begin. Repairs while you wait are performed at the customers risk of taking longer than expected. Payment for services rendered may be made by cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or personal check with established credibility and a valid Georgia drivers license and is expected at the time the automobile is picked up. We do not accept American Express or out of state checks.
